Builders are not all created equal. There is no substitute for hands-on building
technological experience, plus a proven tract record.

Prudent owners should want to spend their money on more square footage,
upgrades, amenities, and premium quality. Not educating and training builders
lacking in experience. That is not your responsibility.

A builder should “EARN” his knowledge and gain his experience in an employee
position until he at least learns the trade, before venturing out into business for
himself.

I love my work, and truly want to help you build your new home. I will continue to
play some part in building as long as I have a breath within me and walk this
earth.  “IT’S A FAMILY TRADITION”

My motto has always been to be the very best that I can be, I work hard
everyday to live-up to that. Thanks for your visit. It will be my sincere pleasure
in helping you in any way that I can.
